The introduction of the automatic egg collection systems

Now many chicken farms are gradually equipped with automatic egg collection systems, but due to lack of understanding, often can not be used rationally, today I introduce the breif as below:

The automatic egg collection systems  comprise an importing device, an egg picking device, an exporting device, a buffer device, a conveying device, a chain gear, and a lifting chain. The egg picking device is connected in parallel with a plurality of egg claw groups on a lifting chain, and each egg claw group is connected in series by a plurality of egg claws through a connecting shaft. The two ends are respectively connected with the edge gear which prevents the egg from sliding out through the bonding shaft, and the edge gear is fixed on the lifting chain through the edge buckle. The large-scale automatic egg collection systems comprises a plurality of the automatic egg collection systems and a conveying device, the conveying device comprises an egg conveying rod, a sprocket, a transmission chain and an egg receiving tray, and the plurality of the automatic egg collecting equipment are placed on one or both sides of the conveying device along the movement direction of the transmission chain of the conveying device. The equipment and system have the function of preventing egg from slipping and breaking, can reduce manpower and material expenditure, and is suitable for large-scale chicken farm.
